I have over twenty-five (25) years of litigation experience representing companies and insurance carriers in products liability, mass toxic tort, environmental, chemical exposure, premises liability, insurance coverage, construction defect, commercial, and general liability matters. My experience includes serving on national coordinating counsel teams overseeing and assisting in all phases of mass toxic tort and chemical exposure litigation. I have extensive experience with formulating case liability assessments and litigation strategy; conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings; preparing client discovery responses nationwide; supervising experts, corporate representatives and local counsel; and directing large due diligence investigations. I have also briefed and successfully argued cases at the appellate level in New Jersey and New York.
