About Jason Scott-Sheets

I am dedicated to service that advances progressives issues, policies and candidates, and to educating the public in the value they received from progressive causes. Social justice is my passion, with a special interest in policies and programs that promote sustainability, a healthy and renewable environment, and equality for all. Growing up in a bi-racial household with LGBTQ members, plus a Catholic education focused on service, has made me truly aware of the disparities in our society and the need to bridge these gaps. My education and work experience is all focused on achieving these goals. I am intellectually curious, excel in research and writing, a political news "junkie", and skilled at project management, working in teams as well as producing independently. My experience in communication has given me an added skillset to bring to any cause or employer. Work should be fun as well as productive, and I do my part by contributing a dry wit and affability to whatever group I'm in.
