Throughout my 20+ year career, I have never fit into just one box. My professional philosophy is simple: I adapt to fill whatever role the mission requires.My journey began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I learned that leadership isn't about rank—it’s about taking care of your people. Following my service, I spent 18 years at DCL Corporation (formerly Sun Chemical), applying that same mindset to the manufacturing floor. I rose from Chemical Operator to Operations Superintendent, eventually serving as Training Manager.Today, I am the Learning and Development Manager at SHL. In this new chapter, I am leveraging nearly two decades of operational expertise to optimize training frameworks across all SHL departments. My focus is on creating a cohesive, high-performance learning culture that scales alongside the organization.I hold a B.S. in Psychology from the College of Charleston, which gives me a unique advantage in industrial environments. While others focus solely on the machines, I focus on the human factor.
