About Jason Sims

I’m a passionate and artistic leader with more than 10 years’ experience in just about every corner of the entertainment industry. After working in the film industry in Los Angeles, I moved to Missouri where I found a surprising connection in the Hospitality Industry in 2016 when I joined the marketing team at Dolly Parton’s Stampede in Branson. I managed a team of 6 sales agents, created and managed many forms of creative media, and spent 3 years working alongside one of the most talented marketers I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, in 2020 I was laid off temporarily and unfortunately my position was never reinstated. I chose to start my own entertainment company in the midst of a global pandemic. For the next two years I enjoyed all the highs and lows of small business ownership at Innocent Sky Entertainment - a photo, video & marketing agency. After relocating to Orlando, Florida, I spent a year at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment before I was afforded the opportunity to join the design team at IAAPA-the Global Association for the Attractions Industry, where I have truly been able to stretch my creative skills.
