About Jason Singletary

Tool Design and Fabrication in the Right Size Equipment Innovation Cell. My key role is to lead the team in prioritizing work flow while collaborating with customers to solve challenges related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery in the production system. My focus is on innovation and rapid problem solving to cut costs and streamline the production system. Every innovation is designed with safety as a top priority. I’m trained and proficient in the following tools for design and fabrication: CATIA V5 design software, Space Claim, Slicer operation, additive Manufacturing (3D Printing), Laser Tracker operation, Machining(Track Mill operation, Lathe, drill press), precision measurement (Micrometers, Calipers, protractor, square, tape measure), pneumatic actuators, hydraulic systems, bearings, gears, electrical schematics, blueprint reading, hand tools, air tools, grinders, sanders, saws, etc. One of my proudest achievements was being awarded a United States Patent for the innovation of an Automated Guided Vehicle Transport Device and four Meritorious Awards for other designs. Above all I value the relationship I’ve built with teammates and customers over the years. Furthermore, I believe every one of them brings an important perspective that is vital to the process of improving our culture of safety and quality. I always strive to encourage open communication and collaboration to meet these goals. I’m a proud husband to my wife Domonique and father to my son Tristan and daughter Tyler. On weekends I enjoy golfing, fishing, dirt bike riding, and most of all quality time with family and friends.
