I am a highly skilled M365 Consultant based in the St. Louis area with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex software programs and applications, I specialize in the M365 stack, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange. In my previous roles, I have worked as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, providing advanced technical support and expertise to customers, testing applications, responding to customer feedback, installations, maintenance, and often performing new product presentations and demonstrations both in-house and for customers. I am proud to hold advanced MS certifications, including Microsoft Certified Trainer, which allows me to bring a unique skill set to my work. Currently, I serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all M365 services related to the Modern Workplace, where I direct management and project leadership of MSPs who provide services to CNA businesses. My focus is on managing vendors to support business services and plans, developing new solutions, and driving continuous improvement and savings via M365.
