With a robust background in virtualization, integrations and enterprise security, my many years of experience behind the keyboard as a user, network admin and systems engineer, gives me a vast array of experiences to allow be to draw upon to relate to customers and executives in many different verticals. My my military background provides the stability and quick decision making during unscheduled times of chaos. I enjoy / thrive on wearing many hats at once. These hats, be them Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Post Sales, Delivery, Customer Support, Executive Meetings and many other I'm able to quickly and efficiently shift from one gear to the next. My favorite part of the journey is the customer having that light bulb moment where they realize you can solve their problems. Also, when I form life long friendships with people that started out as prospects or customers. Nothing better than being side by side with a customer in the trenches working together on a common goal. Implementing solutions that solve their challenges.
