About Jason Speirs

With over 10 years of experience as a regional manager at Bell, I am an inclusive team leader who is passionate about enhancing the customer and employee experience and achieving provincial sales performance goals. I have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, retention, productivity, and efficiency in collaboration with senior management and local managers. I also have a strong background in recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and motivating a diverse and talented team of over 50 employees across multiple locations. In my most recent role, I monitored the performance of managers and team members, providing feedback, coaching, and recognition while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. I created and launched the ''Coach the Coach'' program improving and developing Managers and establishing higher standards of sales coaching. I conducted provincial training sessions for in-house CRM tool which resulted in 150% adoption increase Q3 over Q2 2023 and was personally awarded best Mentor. I proactively recruited qualified personnel, resulting in the lowest attrition rate in the province in 2023. Additionally, I developed and executed corrective actions for locations operating at substandard rates, leading to achieving all key performance indicators in the first quarter of 2024.
