About Jason Spicer

I am a highly motivated individual looking to make an impact in the banking industry. Through my experience at First National Bank of Sioux Falls and Northwestern Mutual, I have given myself a great working knowledge of retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457, Pension, ect…) as well as retirement planning for clients. On top of this, I am pursuing a Masters in Education Policy and Administration where I will graduate in May of 2020. With this I have been working towards a Trust Management Certificate and MBA where I am slated to gain my Certificate in May of 2020 and graduate with my MBA in May of 2021. All of these are through Dakota Wesleyan University's graduate program. I have experience as collegiate basketball player and coaching at Dakota Wesleyan University. I am a two time All-American as a player and my coaching experience of working with high school and college athletes has shown me the importance of a strong team. Strong teams will lead to success, while individualistic thoughts and qualities will not.
