At Rootwurks, I work with food manufacturers to improve how they train frontline workers, track compliance, and prepare for inspections—without making things more complicated than they need to be.My background is a little different: I come from the world of theater and education, where I directed teams, led productions, and spent a lot of time thinking about how people learn and grow. Turns out, those same skills translate really well to helping organizations communicate clearly, build trust, and stay organized under pressure.I'm not here to sell.
