Strategic governance and risk executive with more than 25 years of experience leading internal audit and enterprise risk functions across global retail and consumer organizations. Currently serve as Chief Audit Executive at Abercrombie & Fitch, advising executive leadership and the Audit Committee on enterprise risk, governance, and control effectiveness. My experience spans building governance frameworks for newly public companies, modernizing audit organizations through agile and digital platforms, and providing oversight for large-scale enterprise transformations including ERP and HCM implementations. Previously served as Vice President of Audit & Risk Management at Kontoor Brands where I built the company’s internal audit and enterprise risk management programs following its spin-off as a stand-alone public company. Earlier in my career I spent nearly two decades with PwC advising public companies on audit, governance, and transformation initiatives.
