Who am I: I am a family man with an amazing supportive wife & 2 beautiful talented daughters and 2 crazy dogs Dax & Layla. My passion and drive is to improve constantly personally and professionally while helping others do the same. On the business side of things, I am the Founder of Clear Choice Tax & Lien Service. I oversee sales teams, and oversee 65 employees. I help provide our entire staff with tools, strategies, and coaching in an effort to help them attain both personal & professional goals. Title Experience: I first began my epic adventure into the title industry in 2003 with Walter Blake, PA in Coral Springs as a temporary receptionist. In just 1 short year with his mentoring I was performing every aspect of a closing from opening files, closing packages, examination (we actually did this in house) to Policy issuance. At that time the need to obtain a Municipal Lien Search became standard in Broward County. Walter helped me incorporate and gave me access to the computers and the rest is history. I went from a running the company before work & on lunch to providing thousands of searches to hundreds of clients. I’m extremely passionate about being not just a provider but a partner to all of our clients, many of whom I have become close with over the years. Who I Help: At Clear Choice I help Title Professionals by allowing them the freedom to focus on core operation & growth by removing all hassles in collecting unrecorded liens & estoppel letters. The financial freedom from paying upfront costs and cancelled deals has helped our clientele Nationwide. Home buyers also benefit by taking title on a property that is clear of all encumbrances. My other successes have come from partnering with small businesses to increase growth & value by implementing proven operations processes & marketing strategies that I used throughout my professional life. Adding these strategies we have grown startup businesses to acquisition as well as adding income to ventures that operate currently at multiples of starting point together. How I Help: Besides providing a superior product for Title Agents, we are constantly growing our understanding of marketing in today's social environment and developing workflows that reduce manual hours allowing focus on growth.
