I love playing baseball. The discipline, the drive, the team building, the leadership, the strategy, the perseverance, the statistics, the analytics, the plays that upset all of the strategy and make you adapt and see the big picture through all the noise. I didn’t become a Major League Baseball player, but everything about being a great player has become part of who I am as a professional. Operations is where strategy meets execution—and I thrive in that space. I'm an operations leader who believes in building strong teams, simplifying processes, and sticking to what works. I’ve spent over a decade leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing and adaptive equipment industries, improving margins, streamlining workflows, and solving problems others avoid. I lead with a servant mindset—empowering employees, building structure, and holding the line when it comes to SOPs. I’m just as comfortable on the floor as I am in leadership meetings, and I get the most satisfaction from seeing the team succeed because the system supports them. Over the years, I’ve led facility moves, launched product lines, built digital tools using Power Platform, and implemented real-time KPI dashboards to give teams what they need to move with confidence. I’m not afraid to get technical—I’ve prototyped with 3D printers, designed in Autodesk Fusion, and led ERP-integrated scheduling—but my focus is always on making the work easier, cleaner, and more effective for the people doing it.
