Background

About Jason Tiscareno

I love listening to customers. I learned early on that I cannot effectively help people without understanding exactly what they need or what they’re trying to accomplish. My passion is inventing new, more effective ways to listen creatively to customers and then turning the insights that emerge into business ideas. I am passionate about working hand-in-hand with technical teams and customers to produce requirements and specifications that accurately reflect the business need and are technologically achievable. I’ve worn many hats in my career: Production Support, Developer, Tester, Business Analyst, Manager of systems, people and projects, Research Analyst, and Strategist. I have a unique ability to speak the language of multiple disciplines while working towards innovative and effective solutions. I’m a veteran of the banking industry with a specialty in Fraud Systems which requires quick and effective solutions to stay one step ahead of ever-changing trends and with measurable results. Specialties include clear communications with technical teams and customers, learning new things quickly, User Acceptance Testing, Requirement Elicitation, Business Requirement Documents, Technical Specifications, and I'm well versed in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. I am actively searching for new opportunities. If you think I can help you, please email me at Jason@ejasont.com.
