County Record research for Tract and Parcel Maps/ CR’s/ RS/ County and City Control Monument Ties, BLM and GLO Ties, PLSS Section Sub Division, Cadastral Survey Research, Monument Locating via Google Earth prior to field work, Locate Property Corners using OnX in remote locations. I am currently a One Man Survey Crew 90% of the time and can be found working from the city to the desert and the mountains. I am Very Precise with control and monuments I set as well as traversing and closing traverse on GPS control with a robotic total station. I like remote locations, rugged terrain and challenging jobs. I am strong and fit, have great endurance and drive, and highly self motivated. I have found a love and passion for Surveying I have not found in any other career. I am a precision custom ammo hand loader of over 30 years and I bring that precision over to surveying. Quality, Precision and Accuracy are of the upmost importance to myself and of my work while maintaining productivity. I am well educated and well spoken. I like working 10+ hour shifts and traveling for jobs. I am a very sociable person with a positive attitude. I strive to maintain a great relationship with clients and co-workers. I am a hard worker, never late and Very Eager to further my education and career in Land Surveying. My ultimate goal is to make LS. Life is short. You only get one chance so make it count.
