In short, I get things done. I am a doer who embraces challenges and finds solutions. I thrive in a fast paced and changing environment. I embrace ambiguity and crave challenge with no challenge too big (or too small). I am an energetic team player who leads by example, I motivate, encourage and have people’s backs to get results. With over 20 years of financial experience, including international assignments in the Caribbean, I have been recognized for developing, planning, and executing across businesses to drive loyalty, top-line performance and bottom-line results. My diverse executive level experiences have provided a strong foundation across many cross functional roles including Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Compliance and Operations. I am a results-oriented leader who empowers his teams to elevate the customer experience, innovate and create agile solutions improving performance in key areas like: sales management, customer advice, business and staff development, operational effectiveness and community involvement. I love spending time with my son on and off the ice as well as exploring new adventurers. As a passionate traveller I love new experiences and learnings. After visiting over 30+ countries (with a few of the highlights being Peru, Portugal, Japan and Chile - Torres del Paine in Patagonia) I love seeing new places, cultures and excited for what tomorrow brings!
