Highly motivated senior executive/regional manager My goal is to be successful the drive for me is to do it properly and allow others to succeed with me. My personal goals are varied depending on how you define success, suffice to say I always want to be the best and with 33 years plus experience I can provide a broad range of skills to set up for success. In my experience with professional sales teams. the platform for performance comes from successful developement of the personalities I have. If I blend and intergrate ownership, goals and unify the team under a banner of mutual respect and hardwork then I believe that's the formula to cohesively strive and attain the far reaching heights of business success. Beyond that I believe pro active and innovative thinking, moulded with coaching and mentoring means my teams own an advantage most won't have to continually strive for that success. I have to be in charge of the relationship, and continually introduce new components for a business overflowing with positive results.Communicate requirements, be weary of bureaucracy where nothing gets done and make sure WE move faster together and innovate for a solution. Results always depend on how well I am able to craft a management style that works for that intention, and how well I manage expectations on "both sides" of the relationship, or manage up or down. When I do that well it's a great tool that allows everybody to find the succesfull position they require, to learn from each other and realise their talent and the resources at hand to succeed. I Keep everyone VERY WELL INFORMED, excellent COMMUNICATION is a must to bridge people and actions across business and "team" spirit is a lot easier to achieve in this situation. I make my expectations deliverable and include a team review and new evolving goals. I plan team milestones,ensuring all my people have a stake in the outcome.Ultimately these are my goals and some of the scenario's and structures I use everyday with my people and retailing experience.
