Jason is Operations and Technology Strategy Consultant with Deloitte, focusing in market, organizational, technology innovation, strategy and execution. He leads market development as well as complex ERP implementations. Over the past 24 years, he has been involved in some of the technology industry's largest transformation initiatives, helping the world's largest organizations set their strategy in the identification and execution of value-based software transformation, planning and preparation for business benefit realization, and delivery of process improvement solutions. Jason has has been responsible for multiple and varied successful initiatives in the areas of Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Data Warehousing, Strategic Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Workforce Development, and Logistics Management. Jason also serves in the US Air Force Reserve as a Logistics/Maintenance Officer. Throughout his career he has Commanded 4 Squadrons, as well as served in Special Operations. He is currently the Deputy Group Commander overseeing 4 squadrons,~550 people, and a budget of $880m.
