My leadership journey began at Amazon, where I managed the UK & DE buying teams for LOVEFiLM. This role was instrumental in shaping my skills in people management, strategic negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, all of which I now apply to successfully guide and deliver on critical business objectives. Over the past ten years in software development, I've progressed from a teaching assistant and junior developer to a lead and, most recently, a Principal Engineer. I thrive on tackling complex challenges, from spearheading the rebuilding of Vimeo's interactive video platform to leading front-end development for a multi-faceted SaaS product at WIREWAX.
