I am an accomplished accounting and finance leader with nearly 20 years of progressive experience across global accounting, controllership, audit leadership, and financial process improvement. My Master’s degree in Accounting complements my progressive leadership experience across roles including Global Accounting Manager, Business Unit Controller, Director of Finance, and Regional Assistant Controller. Throughout my career, I have led multi-entity close and consolidation processes, strengthened internal controls, supported external audits, and partnered with senior leadership to improve financial visibility and operational performance. My experience includes GAAP financial reporting, intercompany accounting, tax compliance, fixed assets, payroll accounting, board reporting, budgeting and forecasting support, cash flow management, and international finance operations across North America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. I am recognized as a leader who balances strategic oversight with strong execution. I have built and developed teams, improved close timelines, implemented scalable systems and workflows, and helped create accounting environments that are more disciplined, efficient, and aligned with the needs of a growing business.
