I'm a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience building digital products in cryptocurrency, convenience retail, and food delivery. I’ve led cross-functional teams through end-to-end product development — from launching delivery platforms to rolling out innovative payment solutions. Today, I’m living a childhood dream: working at Cathay Pacific in digital sales and marketing, helping shape the online journey for travellers across North America. Growing up, I was obsessed with planes and aviation — I still have a shelf full of die-cast 747s 1:400 models to prove it :) My approach is data-driven, customer-focused, and grounded in execution. I thrive at the intersection of user needs and business goals, turning ideas into impactful experiences that also drive meaningful and quantifiable outcomes. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring BC’s beautiful outdoors, attempting to revive my fitness from my triathlon days, or tending to an ever-growing collection of succulents (with mixed success).
