About Jaspar Cadenhead

Have been working in IT support since covering a wide range of hardware and software. Outside of work I have pursued studies in programming, web development, and 2D & 3D graphics/design. I also like designing and building things, such as furniture, and have a 3D printer I enjoy tinkering with. In my spare time I have developed a website specialising in offering online graphics processing utilities, focused towards screen printing. The site currently offers interactive colour reduction and trapping/separation of colour layers, and stochastic shading. Due to its non-profit nature, it's self hosted from my living room. I have also developed a poker calculator program, and a PNG image compressor (based on my work for the screen printing program). I completely renovated my first house myself, gaining experience in: Plumbing, joinery, plastering, laminate flooring, kitchen and bathroom fitting. For my second house, I did a large proportion of a 3 room extension myself, doing extensive joinery, plumbing, tiling and plasterboarding. I enjoy designing functional items, and aspire to one day build many of my designs. I have designed and built a number of items of furniture for my own purposes. I have been using various 3D applications for the past 14 years, for both product and artistic design purposes. I have built close to 100 3D models, ranging from household items; characters; buildings; tourist attractions. I hope to make further use of my experience in 3D in the future, in the areas of video games and animation. I'm also a qualified MIG welder Specialties: Windows Deployment (ImageX/WDS/SCCM), IIS, Graphics Programming, C#, Javascript, Ajax Active Directory/Group Policy Administration, Administrative scripting (vbscript), Hardware and Software assessment and procurement, Windows Server administration, Print server management, VMWare ESX, Citrix XenDesktop, HP Proliant servers, Windows clustering.
