About Jasper Chen

SASR IRBSASR GCPIRBTFDAGCP TFDA TFDA This is Jasper Chen, graduated from the institute of clinical medicine in National Cheng Kung University in 2019. Due to the general learning of life science in the college, as well as I want to contribute my expertise to human benefit. I concentrated on clinical research in my graduate studies. My master thesis was focused on the epidemiology and biostatistics, furthermore we designed a cohort and took parts in participants recruitment as well as data collection and analysis. Thus, I was impressed the whole procedures during the project implementation. I enjoy the challenge, even the procedures of thinking the resolution. I consider that is a attitude toward the responsibility of myself. At the beginning of the clinical research, I didn't understand both laws and regulations as well as the communication with participants and physician. Therefore, I rationally and logically considered the resolutions to achieve the problems and frustrations. At the same time, I continuously practiced the skill of communication and empathy. Due to these experiments, I get used to being as a coordinator and listener, I would listen to everyone before presenting my opinions, and attempting to achieve a better resolution for each other. In addition, I get used to preparing everything well before the meeting even the possible troubles we may meet in the future. On the other hand, I went to many GCP and IRB courses during my graduate studies, I consider these experiences and certification were prepared me ready for the clinical research. I am enthusiastic to contribute my expertise and passion for this position and all patients.
