At Victa, I played a key role in the development of the maturity model and strategic framework within the BI Scan. These components are at the heart of a structured process designed to help organizations assess and improve their BI capabilities. By focusing on strategic alignment, digital transformation, and change management, this framework enables companies to successfully implement BI initiatives and achieve sustainable impact. My role at Victa also involves supporting and enhancing our business consultancy services. I have led successful projects, including the full implementation of BI solutions for clients and guiding the ongoing development of BI capabilities within organizations. These efforts are always centered on ensuring that technology and people work together seamlessly to deliver meaningful, long-term results. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, I aim to empower businesses to transform data into actionable insights and drive sustainable growth.
