With my team we develop the so called “Technical Platform”. This enabling product provides solutions for automatically building agile environments and helps integrate systems and solutions by providing standard building blocks. As product owner my main focus is that the vision and strategy of the platform is in line with the business needs. The current services we offer: • Elastic Logging & observability platform (logs, metrics and traces) • Security Operations platform (Vulnerability scanning, database activity monitoring, intrusion detection, etc) • VM bases platforms (fully Infrastructur as Code platforms that are delivered to mijnoverheid.nl and our own building blocks) • Secret Management (Hashicorp Vault) The last 2 years responsible for migrating mijnoverheid.nl to a new infrastructure supplier- Implementing the Closed Model Run Environment(CMRE) that is communicating with the Aegon Datalake on AWS stack. The ultimate goal of this environment is to fully automate Aegon’s SII and IFRS17 reporting process. Model sets can be started, scheduled and linked via a web application. The web application takes care of publishing data, running financial models parallel containers per model run) and writing the data back to AWS datalake. – Before my product owner role I worked as a business analyst on improving everything within Finance that touched upon costs. The main activities was automating PeopleSoft application and enable cost controllers to make their reports self-service: • Product owner PeopleSoft implementations (ePro, sPro, self billing, project costing) • Development cost allocation model • Technical development forecast & Budget process • Development Power BI reporting
