Pursuing what feels like an impossible task made possible by faith and the incredible people around me. I have fallen in love with all things Automation, process control, and logical programming. In my current position as Automation Manager for THI Energy Consultants I am building a department from the ground up. This includes hiring experienced and capable Automation, I&E, I&C Technicians to place them with customers to provide top-notch services and solutions. Also, as part of this position, I am developing a training program to teach automation/controls programming and troubleshooting. My goal is to provide access to this niche career path that can be difficult to break into. I want to be able to provide a path into a technical field that I wish I had had made available to me early on.
