My name is Jaspreet Chera and I'm a recent graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from California State University, Sacramento, and I’m passionate about solving business challenges through data analytics and business strategy. My experience spans roles in Benefits Analysis, IT Consulting, and Business Intelligence, where I've developed a strong foundation in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP to drive operational efficiency and growth. Currently, I’m excited to take on my new role as a Benefits Analyst at PowerSchool, where I’ll be managing employee benefits programs, auditing data, and driving improvements across benefits administration. Prior to this, I consulted for organizations like CalSTRS and the Sacramento State College of Continuing Education, helping them navigate data, processes, and technology to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
