I am post graduated in human resource and management, learning to better understand how to motivates and shapes human behavior. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude and healthy relationship with the people. I am searching for a challenging role in a progressive organization where I can utilize my skills and knowledge that will add value to the organizational growth as well as mine as an individual. My strengths include quick learning of new concept & easily adaptable to new environments. In addition, I also possess the ability to work independently under pressure situation and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
