About Jaspreet Singh

As a recent Computer Science graduate from the University of Guelph, I have a strong passion for information security and software development. With a minor in Business, I also have a keen interest in how technology can create value and solve problems for various organizations and industries. My most recent experience was as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for CIS*2520, where I guided students in Data Structures and Algorithms, leveraging my proficiency in C, Java, PHP, Python, and SQL. Previously, I contributed to software development, system administration, and technical support as an IT Technician at the City of Guelph, working with tools like SCCM, LDAP, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have earned honors and scholarships, excelled in courses such as Object-Oriented Programming and Microcomputers, and developed skills in program facilitation and critical thinking. I am actively seeking full-time opportunities that will allow me to apply and enhance my skills and knowledge in information security and software development. I am eager to connect with fellow tech enthusiasts and professionals, and to collaborate and discuss the latest industry trends. Please feel free to reach out for a conversation.
