Handling the preparation and obtaining approval on MEP Material and Samples by coordinating with Purchase Dept; ensuring proper follow-ups to timely complete MEP services with respect to construction schedule. Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards; ensuring proper housekeeping and safety updates for scope of works at Project Site with Main Contractor. Manpower Management (Project Management) Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets. Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members. Ensuring regular technical trainings for the field staffs for updating the technical up-gradation.
