Being a hotel management graduate, I grew up the ranks in the industry from a hostess in a specialty restaurant of a boutique hotel to talent development leader with leading corporations. I am Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Certified Executive and Team Coach, partnering with mid, senior & c-level leaders in their growth & development journey.As an NLP & Emotional Intelligence Coach and a Positive Psychology & Resilience Practitioner, I like to be on the cause side of the equation rather than the effect side. As an accredited Mental Health First Aider, I offer support and guidance to people who develop mental health challenges or crisis.
