With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Diploma in International Airlines and Travel Tourism Management, I possess a strong foundation in travel industry operations and customer service. Throughout my career, I have been committed to providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their satisfaction. As a Sr. Manager at Skil Travel Pvt. Ltd, I am responsible for overseeing a team of travel consultants and ensuring that all customer needs were met with efficiency and professionalism. I worked closely with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to coordinate travel arrangements and ensure that everything ran smoothly. I also recruited and trained new team members, providing them with the support they needed to succeed in their roles. In addition to my work experience, I have completed the IATA/UFTAA Consultant Level and have obtained a certification in Computerized Reservation System (CRS) from Amadeus. I am also experienced in booking air tickets using GDS systems such as AMADEUS & GALILEO, and am well-versed in the requirements for obtaining visas and travel insurance. With my strong foundation in the travel industry, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of any travel company.
