More than two and a half years of experience in land Surveying as a Party Chief, a year experience as a CAD Technician and a year experience as a site assistant in Civil engineering Field, along with customer sales representative. •Graduate of one of the best technical colleges in northern India and from one of the best colleges in Ontario, where I have learned different aspects of Civil engineering and Geomatics engineering in total 5 years. •Vast knowledge of Ontario building code and various section and subsections and their implementations, ability to review/inspect constructed municipal infrastructure to ensure the completion of all standard requirements and conditions. •Acquaintance with reading and interpreting By-laws, agreements regulations and various documentation. •Ability to Examine, correct, sign and approve plans and specifications submitted for compliance with the City Zoning By-Laws, related By-Laws and regulations, municipal code and other applicable law for all types of buildings and structures within the timeframes specified in the legislation •Experience in preparation of contract specifications, tenders and quotations along with administration of site plan agreement. •Exceptional skill of using various modern surveying instruments like GPS, Total Station, LiDAR Scanner. Auto Level, Digital Level and some very old instruments like Compass, Plane Table, Manual Theodolite, chains etc. •Performed duties of a Crew chief and lead the team to various projects including SR-PR, G-Lines Layout, Construction, As-Built Survey Etc. •Skilled in Autodesk AutoCAD, Micro Survey, Autodesk Civil3D, Woodwork, GIS workstations: Bentley Map, Oracle Database, AMANDA, ACR and Microsoft Office. •Substantial experience reading and interpreting engineering maps and drawings of various utilities including water, sewer, electricity and network etc. •Time management and teamwork skill to obtain goals and meet deadlines. •Effective Communication skill, also fluent in four languages English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. •Dedication to safety and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act. •Valid driving G-class license and own a car.
