I have 16 years experience in tobacco industry and before that i had chance to work in automotive factories such as Irankhodro and Saipa disel which i used that opportunity to work on braking mechanisms of Volvo machinery.Since my majority of experience are on production department in tobacco industry i am able to- define required procedure and systems to improve OEE of machinery and form proper teams accordingly so we can have the best quality of products with implementing quality behavior observation system & coach team how to evaluate and track the quality of products according to BAT Equate-Able to define and track crew performance evaluation systems- Implement 5s on shop floor and office- How to control and reduce waste percentages- How to define and process maintenance - How to manage the budgets and run projects - Spare management and categories them to have cost efficient and effective ware house- Coach and help to define long term strategic plans to reach operation KPIs in 3 to 5 years- Run organization performance model to clarify cultural gaps of organization and clarify counter measures to have 100% engagement in organization to reach the goals- Create yearly & 90 days Master plans to clarify the correct directions for whole crew to reach the targeted goals- Run Loss analysis to find the departmental losses and define counter measures to reduce the costs and have cost efficiency department- create project time lines and plan to track the efficiency and effectiveness of activities- able to create required daily management systems to track and cover losses in case of having any type of loss- able to evaluate and design required trainings in production department to cover hard and soft skills gaps
