Javed is the CEO of Aprosoft, a global software development services company delivering high-value business technology solutions. Javed has spent over 35 years in the software development industry, leading high-performance teams, architecting and implementing solutions in financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Having been part of outsourced software development teams for 15+ years from the customer's side, Javed has gained insight into the critical success factors and the pitfalls of the processes of some of the largest and most well-known IT outsourcing companies. He synthesized this knowledge gained over the years and added refinements to creating the outsourcing practice of Aprosoft. In 2006, Aprosoft began its offshore development center in Bangladesh and has since been providing services of exceptional value with uncompromising quality. With an aim of achieving highly engaged employees, Aprosoft has been able to establish high employee retention rates, thereby increasing the ROI of Aprosoft’s services to its clients over time. This has been designed to create long-term successful partnerships between Aprosoft, its employees, and its clients. Javed is the former CEO of Grameen Solutions, working with Microcredit pioneer and 2006 Nobel Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus. He also spent 12+ years developing software solutions at Fidelity Investments. Javed has taught emerging software development technologies to professionals for 15+ years and is passionate about developing consummate software consultants.
