Social Impact Leader | Program Management Specialist | Child Rights Advocate** Environment Protection warrior, Youth rights activist, Advocacy and Legal consultant With over 12 years of transformative experience, I have dedicated my career to advocating for child rights, advancing corporate social responsibility, and fostering sustainable development. My journey has taken me across South Asia, with a strong focus on India and Nepal, where I have implemented impactful programs on child protection, climate change, community initiatives, and livelihood enhancement. Senior Manager for Advocacy as consultant only in Research & Training at Udayan Care where I lead the Care Leavers Fellowship Program nationwide. My role involves spearheading policy interventions, conducting research, and advocating for care leavers on both national and global stages. Served as Program Lead at ONYVA managing critical initiatives including leadership development, operations, financial planning, risk management, and training. During my tenure as Overall Programme Coordinator for Terre des Hommes Germany’s South Asia program I directed multi-country projects on climate change, water pollution, environmental rights, and youth advocacy. Representing the organization at forums such as and UNEP, I contributed to creating a Climate Literacy Toolbox and Curriculum science and kit in consultation with partners organizations, government and non-government stakeholders for further process, environmental experts. 🤝 My professional ethos is rooted in partnership building and strategic leadership. I have collaborated with diverse stakeholders, including with different roles and responsibilities called SHIKHAR NGO, CHENTA NGO, Childline India Foundation, Railway Children, Child Fund International**, and more, to drive advocacy and implement holistic community programs. at National and International level. I hold a master's degree in social work, a master’s degree in human Rights and duties education as well as B.A with Geography, Sociology and Psychology from central University called Jamia Millia Islamia, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from CCS University along with my graduation I am passionate about leveraging my skills to create lasting social change and am always open to networking and collaboration opportunities.
