With over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in airlines, airports, and ground handling services, I have a proven track record of delivering significant value by creating highly cost-efficient and innovative businesses, products, and services. My core competencies include digital and business transformation, customer experience design, service and operational excellence, change management, business development, relationship management, large-scale infrastructure management, team leadership, and digital product development. I am passionate about translating tasks and processes into digital product opportunities, such as introducing biometric facial recognition to complete check-in and boarding flights, making the entire on-ground travel experience easier, faster, and hassle-free. Some of my notable achievements include delivering a contactless solution to validate Covid-19 certificates and check-in passengers, reducing front-line check-in teams by over 420 heads across 150+ airports, and achieving $4M OPEX savings; and implementing a baggage image capture solution that improves on-time performance, reduces offload times, and enables monetization of data. As an Advisory Board Chairman at Ink Innovation and a Thought Leader and Industry Speaker on airline and airport experiences, I also share my insights and expertise with various stakeholders and audiences globally.
