As a Customer Service Team Lead at SBI cards I oversee the quality and efficiency of the customer support team, ensuring that our online learners receive the best service and experience possible. I leverage my expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, resolve their issues and queries, and increase their satisfaction and retention. I also train and mentor new and existing customer service agents, monitor their performance, and provide feedback and guidance. I have more than five years of experience in the customer service and sales industry, working previously as a Team Leader and a sales agent at SBI Card, one of the leading credit card providers in India. There, I managed a team of 15 sales agents, achieved and exceeded the sales targets, and handled complex customer complaints and escalations. I also contributed to the design and implementation of new sales strategies and campaigns, and coordinated with the marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Aligarh Muslim University, where I studied Banking and Financial Support Services and Business Administration and Management. I have a strong knowledge of the financial sector, the online education market, and the customer service best practices. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I constantly seek opportunities to improve myself and my team.
