Background

About Javier Altamirano

I’m a data-driven strategist and relationship-builder who loves tackling complex challenges through creative, user-focused solutions. I’ve nearly doubled sales in emerging markets by designing tiered packages at SAAS company, championed regulatory compliance initiatives for Airbnb to reduce host churn, and stabilized hotel partnerships for OYO in a post-COVID environment—all by merging thorough market analysis, data-driven insights, and hands-on collaboration. In my day-to-day, I’m happiest when I’m presenting solutions to stakeholders, orchestrating cross-departmental projects and negotiating partnerships that bring people and businesses closer together. Guided by my core values—integrity, responsibility, excellence, help, and ethics—I strive to create an environment where innovation and human connection flourish. Driven by a desire to solve bigger problems and positively impact society on a broader scale, I aim to simplify complexity and spark transformative growth for both organizations and their communities.
