I am a hands-on engineer with over 10 years of experience in technical support, management, operations, and research. I worked for six years in the pharmaceutical industry, developing a deep understanding of cGMPs, medical devices, operations, and people management. As a Technical Services Engineer and Technical Services Supervisor, I engaged in my work with technical and business acumen to meet the department’s performance targets while ensuring customers were serviced according to the corporate guidelines. After moving to Canada, I improved for three years my project management and DOE skills as a Teaching and Research Assistant, and further my hands-on experience in manufacturing over a year. Most recently, I have been installing and servicing acute care medical devices while proposing product design changes to improve reliability, serviceability, cost-efficiency, and customer service experience.
