Throughout my international C-level career in healthcare service I have gained deep operational knowhow, strong customer sensitivity and a broad cross-functional understanding of a company. I have two decades of corporate B2B experience but I am most proud of having also managed to cross over to managing a start-up and its culture. I have a diverse business experience across EMEA and and can work with customers and teams in 4 languages. I have built significant expertise in business turnaround and profitability enhancement, thru operational development and transformation. And I have learnt to scale-up a business without breaking the service operations on the way up, by connecting efficiency and customer value. I manage to do that thru mental flexibility to zoom in and out and deliver from strategy to operations. I feel my personal management style as a balanced blend of agile leadership and reflective guidance. These are the business experiences that have forged me the most- opening healthcare reimbursement in Europe for a venture-backed medtech start-up - scaling up a €10M startup with intense family governance into a professional vehicle - performing several €50-100M business units turnarounds in healthcare when eroded by tariff declines - monetising post-merger synergies in large and small M&A transactions: €300M and 5-country business carve-out and integration but also buying several small family-owned businesses - leading early Telehealth developments: market launch of several new and digital healthcare services (remote medical devices, e-shops, tele-monitoring services,…)- performing digitisation of a large-scale (600k users) healthcare service processes to enhance efficiency (geo-services, electronic prescriptions, telehealth, patient apps)- managing and developing Global and EMEA international teams from 100 to
