About Javier Gutierrez

Industrial Civil Engineer, with more than 20+ year of experience, and 14 orientated to Curtain Wall Construction and Consultancy. My professional skill are strongly orientated to both Project Managing and Technical Project Coordination and Field Detailed Inspection. I do work orientated to the result and preparation of the necessary planning to succeed. My soft professional skills are orientated to conflict resolution and the ability to coordinate and communicate with the client, main contractor, architects, consultants, establish and build trust and very good relationship on the project allowing to perform jobs in good project conditions. I am a decision maker, that values in a reasonable and technical way the risks. I do take in account the value of my subordinates and co-workers opinions in order to provide the best course of action. I had my professional setbacks, and hard times when I did not have the necessary competences to perform the works that I required. Those situations forged my character and provided me the guidelines to build the professional that I am right now.
