Customer Service During this time I designed, implemented and evaluated learning and development programs to associates in Latin America and the United States, focused on short term KPI results in fast-paced industries. I have led teams locally and across multiple countries, created performance management projects and was a main contributor in several business ramp-ups. Some of my specialties include organizational performance management, Learning Management Systems (installation, development and management), Instructional Design and data analysis. I am constantly in search of tools to create or enhance content, such as AI for audio, visual, and content creation, animation software (PowToon and Create Studio), among other video and sound editing programs.
