About Javier Krawicki

You can effectively manage the people of your organization with adequate transformation of the leaders. This is not theory, it is fact. Together with an extraordinary group of people, we founded Nawaiam, an international startup that evaluates talent behavior and soft skills through gaming, and we observe and deeply analyze the behavior of thousands of leaders in more than 16 countries and how to make an effective transformation for the growth, evolution, culture changes and management in organizations. I consider myself an entrepreneur committed to the real potential of people and the achievement of great results through good time and talent management. Life gave me the chance to live in different countries, both in Latin America and in Europe, working for more than 10 years in large corporations and another 10 years as an entrepreneur, having created technology startups that we were able to scale up with my teams all over the planet. Humans are what make the difference and that's why also advise organizations around the world, in Human Resources, Technology, Internationalization. I was able to acquire a comprehensive perspective on the strategic importance of human capital in organizations, balancing it with business profitability. Throughout my professional life, I was humble recognized by His Majesty Felipe VI, AT & T USA, Latin American Excellence Awards, & the Reyes Católicos National Award for Business Excellence, among others. One of my passions is being a speaker sharing experiences and knowledge on Gaming, Time and Talent Management & AI. Always wanting to share my point of view and raising awareness that we are human beings, integrating technology to make our lives easier. And finally, I am an lifelong student, very curious and here I finish writing, I am going to continue studying. Then I'm going to run a little and pick up the kids from school. That's what it’s all about, finding the perfect balance for life.
