About Javier MacHado

I run operations in Northern California/Reno for a global electronic security company, but I think back how it all began. On my high school graduation party, a family acquaintance asked me, “what do you want to do now?” Before I could answer he said, “I think you’d be a should be a salesman.” I chuckled because I had very little interest in “convincing” people to buy from me. However, after serving 21 years in the military and graduating from college, I found myself doing just that…selling. Over the years, I naturally found myself in positions of selling products and services that are near and dear to my heart; whether it was as a High School Presenter, an Army Recruiter, or as an Investment Consultant. These experiences and passions naturally led to being enthralled in operations, organizational culture and building a winning team. I strive every day to be a role model for the next generation, and my two wonderful children, hoping they will pursue their own personal and professional endeavors as well. I tend to blend my professional and personal life, or maybe that’s an excuse to get more rounds of golf in with friends and clients. If you don’t see me on the golf course, you’ll find me walking my two dogs at local parks.
