Graduated with a diploma in Business Management, specialising in Retail Management, E-commerce and International Business. Currently studying Information Technology & Business (ERP) at Singapore University of Social Sciences. Well-versed in Microsoft Office, had prior experience in programming lines of code for projects that required the use of Python, also had experience in building and utilising various websites such as Shopify, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics for E-commerce and Financial Analysis to track sales figures and trends. Also experienced in the field of online and offline customer service, where I managed customer orders and queries professionally. I am also versed in using the Python programming language, being able to conduct object-oriented programming to implement classes and codes to organize codes, use of Pandas to visualize datasets and build programs to handle and perform specific tasks such as data-driven decision making and automation. Passionate about data analytics, video and social media design, content planning. Very open to learning about new things, ideas and people in order to improve myself as a character and understanding others no matter what.
