About Javier Rocha

We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths” – Walt Disney. This quote has always been a major inspiration not only in my personal life but my professional career as well. When I left the military, I worked different types of jobs from warehouse work, construction and working at UPS but never felt like each of those jobs were a perfect fit. Then one day I decided to take a step outside of my comfort zone in search of that perfect fit. Like Confucius said, “Choose a job (career) you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” That is when I discovered the Loss Prevention field, there were so many different opportunities within this single field, Corporate Security, Distribution Center, Retail, Investigations and many more. Throughout my career of 15+ years in the field, I continue to find new challenges and opportunities to continue to grow in my development. From the time I started off as a Loss Prevention Detective in Corporate Security to an Organized Retail Crime Investigator I have always looked forward to each day and to each new puzzle to solve. Each of my past steps within my loss prevention journey has helped develop the foundation for the next step in my career, I am always looking forward to that next step.
