Background
About Javier Salgueiro
I am a Senior Computer Science student, looking for new opportunities and ways to apply my learning to real-world challenges. I have a massive interest in the following: • Software Engineering • Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence I have worked before with multiple programming languages such as: • Python • Java • C/C++ My most recent experience is as a Software Engineer intern for American Express, where I migrated the settlement account delinking feature from legacy to the current customer data management platform working directly with several technologies such as Docker, Couchbase, Maven, and Vert.X framework. I am actively seeking a full-time position as a Software Engineer after my graduation date (May 2024) where I can grow and apply my knowledge within this field and continue to improve and balance my leadership and technical skills.
