About Javier Sola

As the CFO of ECONWARD, a global technology company that develops innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions for the treatment, recycling, and valorization of bio-waste, I oversee the internal organization, the global economic and financial planning, the budget design and control of the projects, and the management of the fiscal affairs at the international level. With more than 15 years of experience in the infrastructure, technology, and renewable energy sectors, I have faced projects related to energy, logistics, air transport, industry, consumption, and public building in different countries of Europe, Africa, and Asia. My core competencies include financial accounting, business management, analytical skills, and international taxation. I have a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Basque Country, and I have completed postgraduate studies in accounting and finance (CEF), international taxation (Garrigues), and financial management (EAE). I am also fluent in English, Basque, and French. My mission is to lead the finance and tax strategy of ECONWARD, ensuring its profitability, sustainability, and compliance, while supporting its growth and innovation.
