My role was providing policy-support to ESLA project ( 25 agents) and GROW project ( 10 agents). Working projects to increase the GDPR compliance. Advising on privacy by design for our products and proposing new ideas. Other duties : • Supervising our 40 agents were working in compliance with Facebook policies. • Enhancing the performance metrics of the Latin-American market.(October 2022 - Currently) I have been employed at TikTok as Policy SME expert & Quality assurance for the Recommendation Search Operations Spanish team. In this project our core goal is helping our BPO to enhance their performance. Other duties : • BPO management as a core task. • Upgrading privacy policies and elaborating new privacy policies for TikTok platform. • Helping to make TikTok platform safer by enforcing new policies and upgrading them. • Increasing the quality & quantity of the traffic on the platform by driving different tests/analyses on a weekly basis. • Implementing new policies to ensure compliance with GDPR and privacy rules on the platform. • Recommending the implementation of measures to align TikTok's processes in compliance with GDPR requirements. • Preparing GDPR training materials for company employees.(2020 - Currently) Data protection consultant. I have been providing my consulting services to help clients to ensure data privacy compliance in their projects.
